1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Candles with Attitude (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We accept payments via Stripe and Square.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud, error, or product unavailability.
     

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total packed weight of your order and the shipping tier selected at checkout (Light, Medium, or Large, with Standard or Express options).

  • Standard processing time is 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and AusPost delays, which are outside our control.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by Australia Post.

  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

  • You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your candle is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • To request a return, please contact us at info@candleswithattitude.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
     

5. Product Information

  • All candles are handmade in small batches, so variations in colour, scent strength, or appearance may occur. These are not considered faults.

  • Product descriptions and photos on our website are for guidance only.

  • Candle safety instructions must be followed at all times. We are not liable for damage, injury, or misuse resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
     

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and product designs, remains the property of Candles with Attitude. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
 

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, extract data, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
