Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, tracking details will be provided. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method, and your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet been marked as "In Progress" or "Shipped." To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@candleswithattitude.com.au ()or via our Contact page. Cancellations will be processed in full, including any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges. Please note: Once a shipping label has been generated, the order is considered dispatched with Australia Post, and cancellations or returns are no longer possible.

Candles with Attitude currently only ships within Australia.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
