At Candles with Attitude, we want you to love your purchase. We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your candle is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your candle arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at info@candleswithattitude.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. -
We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover return postage costs where required by law.
Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully when selecting fragrances and styles.
Variations in Handmade Products

Our candles are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, scent strength, or appearance may occur.

These variations are not considered faults and are part of the charm of buying handmade.
How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or Square).
