Refund Policy

At Candles with Attitude, we want you to love your purchase. We follow the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your candle is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
 

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your candle arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at info@candleswithattitude.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your order.
    Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, and we will cover return postage costs where required by law.
     

Change of Mind

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Please choose carefully when selecting fragrances and styles.
     

Variations in Handmade Products

  • Our candles are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in colour, scent strength, or appearance may occur.

  • These variations are not considered faults and are part of the charm of buying handmade.
     

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Stripe or Square).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
